Sebastian is currently on sabbatical outside of the Avalon continent and indeed report has reached the land from the sailors plying their trade in the western seas. The tales speak of witnessing a great, luminescent form pacing back and forth before the Doors of the Night. The divine figure was recognised by some as Sebastian himself; not yet departed through the eternal portal but getting closer and closer to this fateful denouement.
Words are fading as the deity loosens his ties to Avalon:
