Your privacy is important to us. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted via the Avalon gaming environment, while logged into the Avalon gameworld. Registration is optional and we do not hold any private information in a publicly accessible manner. There is no requirement that you provide your home address, telephone number, e-mail addres or any other information pertaining to your identity.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. On occasion your addresses may be used by Avalon for the purpose of sending out a newsletter or information about the latest developments. This is the only email you will receive from Avalon or as a consequence of Avalon.

You can register your email address with Avalon if you would like to receive introductory emails with a welcome letter and a mini-manual as well as updates on our new products and services.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by typing REGISTER and SUBSCRIBE within Avalon to give personal address or subscription details (voluntary basis only). This information is not accessible publicly nor is any banking sensitive data held in any online accessible format.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error if you find yourself unable to amend details personally (for instance if you cannot access the internet).

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
