As per HELP CALENDAR, the campaign season draws to an end this month and the \"winter\" season then goes on from Hindyear

through to end of Mournsend next Avalon year. First \"campaign\" season month is Cloudburst.

Rules of \"winter\" season:

Legions move freely around city, town and village locations.

Legions can ONLY move homeward outside of city, town and village locations.

Claims can be commanded but claims will not month-advance outside villages, towns and cities until the next \"campaign\" season.

Flags cannot be raised during the \"winter\" season.

Declarations of occupation and conquest can only be made during \"campaign\" season.

Legions in-range can engage during \"winter\" season but outside of city, town and village locations will not be able to advance closer to the enemy unless the enemy is also on the route home.

During the coming \"winter\" months report any and all issues that came up over the campaign season and we will make sure they're resolved in time for the next \"campaign\" season. Use the \"winter\" months to consolidate, to let your citizens know the state of affairs and try to involve others in the battles to come.
