This post is to confirm that Mercinae has delivered 10,000 oil to Thakria, per article VII. i of the aforementioned treaty. This covers the first 5 Avalon years, leaving 2,000 oil per year for years 5-10 (total of 10,000 oil more) remaining to be collected.
