What is the penalty for breaking this treaty? I was completely unaware of this treaty that the barony of Mercinae signed up to as it was not publically posted and I have just ploughed, dunged and planted 4 fields that I fully intend to harvest.

As a long standing Mercinaen I have ploughed and planted all 22 fields by hand for the sole benefot of Mercinae many, many, many times and consider it an option for use as it is a safe Harvest once one has the axe.

I'm stunned that we are no longer \"allowed\" to use these fields and would like to understand what the treaty negotiations consisted of to compensate cities for this loss of formerly public land.
