Obviously you didn't do economics or any kind of logic at school.
If as a service you do not look after your customers, they will eventually leave you, thus restricting your
income and thus eventually failing in business.
This simple fact means that the customers (who actually get others in here by word of mouth) should be looked
at as something to be proud of, something to continue with and something to hold on to, as the people who
keep coming back are your constant income.
