Apart from Geist, one must try very very very hard to think of any Mage from

mercinae who has attained even a moderate level of competency. I am afraid that despite

what you might think you are also in this category.

The current mages cannot survive without double man rituals, next to staves, with

many friends keeping them company.

In the real world of fighting competent foes, I am afriad that there are none of you who

would last more than a minute against a most of the competent non-mage thakrians, orinoko or

krill.

If you are in any doubt, I am sure Orinko will answer a challenge. He fights most of the

warlocks on a regular basis and I'm sure will educate you as to which of our two guilds

houses the most competent fighters.
