Threap is a member of the Sorcerers Guild with Elder rank.

   Threap is a man of many professions, one of the most vascillating players across Avalon's long history but unlike most Threap manages to attain a decent standard of fighting skill each time; never great but always above average. The secret of his combat prowess is simple: persistent violence and dogged focus. It is a characteristic he has maintained throughout his Avalon life. He has been Prince of Thakria and High Priest of Darkness - during low ebb periods for both - proving short-lived and inconsistent when holding positions of trust. Threap is interested in himself and others are mere statistics in his mirthless pursuit of personal glory.

   He has been one of Avalon's most persistent fighters and has competed well in multiple Ordination gem quests, winning contendership on three occasions and twice reaching the Amethyst finale. He was defeated by Sturge (Damocles, god of chaos) and Xandamere (Malhavok, god of doom) and more recently eliminated before the final contest in Salvador's eventual ascension (Elmaethor). The future is an uncertain one for Threap - casting off the Knight profession most suited to his style in favour of a return to his roots as a Sorcerer. It was in this profession Threap once flirted with greatness, falling short and then chasing his tail elsewhere for centuries. Will his return herald loftier ambition to meet a more exacting, less ignoble standard? If so the contenders for Ordination XII have a new and very real challenge for that greatest of all prizes.

He renounced citizenship of Parrius on the 22nd day of Ilmarael 972 and on the same day accepted citizenship of Thakria.

On the 24th day of Midwinter 975, he completed apprenticeship in the Sorcerers guild and took the profession of the Sorcerer.

On the 20th day of Mournsend 1000 he was given the right to throw a divine chunk of malachite into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

On the 27th day of Cloudburst 1052 he was given the right to throw a slab of divine ebony into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

He was welcomed into the Order of Nostradamus on the 16th day of Skyelong 1073.

On the 6th day of Midwinter 1123 he was given the right to throw a divine ruby into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

He gains promotion to the order rank of High Priest on the 19th day of Skyelong 1124.

On the 14th day of Ilmarael 1130 he was given the right to throw a divine pearl into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

The great honour of the TRUE FIGHTER status was bestowed on him, by Genesis on the 7th day of Springflower 1231.

He gained promotion in the Order of Nostradamus, god of darkness, to the rank of The Blade of Darkness in the "The Vanguard of Darkness" Chapter. The promotion was given on the 9th day of Cloudburst 1250.

On the 5th day of Skyelong 1365 he was given the right to throw a slab of divine ebony into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

On the 19th of Hindyear 1365 he gained the most illustrious of titles: Prince of Thakria, supported by the great Barons of the city. He did not hold the crown for long and went into exile soon after.

On the 29th day of Leaflost 1381, he completed apprenticeship in the Sorcerers and took the profession of the Sorcerer.

He was awarded the status Elder of the Sorcerers Guild on the 15th day of Hindyear 1420 by Mystfade the Dark Tarot.
