Illyism is a whimsical individual from across the sea of time, an interloper across many professions but master of none; though perhaps his future on the mainland prove more firm. He took the voyage of apotheosis on the 23rd of Eleuthral 1247.

On the 24th day of Eleuthral 1247, he accepted citizenship of Mercinae.

On the 24th day of Eleuthral 1247, he was initiated into the Bards Guild (under the mastery of Octafino).

On the 26th day of Eleuthral 1247, he completed apprenticeship in the Bards guild and took the profession of the Bard.

He took the formal bondsman oath of the Bards Guild and the Bard profession, before Cyric and witness, on the 21st day of Agamnion 1363 aDW.

Illyism declared his fateful Bardic choice on the 19th of Springflower 1364 aDW: he shall, forever more, follow the path of the Magical Bard.

He successfully prostrated himself as a Devotee in the Order of Cornelius, the god of magic on the 6th day of Cloudburst 1365.

He gained induction into the "Lower Order" Chapter of his patron, Cornelius, the god of magic. He was elevated to the rank of Worshipper in the Order of Magic on the 1st day of Midsummer 1365.

He gained promotion in the Order of Cornelius, the god of magic, to the rank of Beloved Worshipper in the "Lower Order" Chapter. The promotion was given on the 1st day of Midsummer 1365.

Illyism was elected onto the council of Mercinae on the 15th day of Ilmarael 1365 with Baron rank.

He gained induction into the "Middle Order" Chapter of his patron, Cornelius, the god of magic. He was elevated to the rank of Believer in the Order of Magic on the 2nd day of Midsummer 1368.

Illyism won the election for Guildmaster of the Bards Guild, beating Cyric, on the 28th day of Agamnion 1369.

On the 5th day of Paglost 1371, he became the Martyr of Sacrament to sanctify the Rite, at great sacrifice of soul and body.

On the 19th of Midsummer, 1375 he was presented with the medal of the Obsidian Cross: for heroism and valor at the head of the Mercinaen armies.

On the 23rd day of Midsummer 1377 he was given the right to throw a divine sapphire into the pool of the Gods at the Rock Pinnacle.

He receives a demotion in the Order of Cornelius, the all-consuming, to the rank of Darkling in the "Glamorn" Chapter. The demotion was enacted on the 4th day of Paglost 1380.

Illyism was defeated by Jynx in the election for Deputy Guildmaster of the Bards Guild on the 2nd day of Springflower 1381.

Illyism was noted as having crossed the thousand hours - completing the THOUSAND deed - in days of yore. Recognition came in Springflower 1413 aDW.
