Help file to come about the "impression" a playere makes: their burden (how much globe power they take, how much reputation they squander vs how much globe power they gain, how much reputation they gain for city/guild).

Help file to include what happens when reputation is higher or when globe power is high (or too low) and what effect it has on legion upkeep costs, enlistable numbers, morale, etc.
