As of right now it seems silly. it ought to be picked to 20, and recieve the same growth benefits, or picked to 30 for an added boost. I would certainly vote for 30, as that would increas the herb stock avalon-wide, but as my herbs skills are still pa

thetically low, I don't have much weight to throw around.

Even if a guild based deal cannot be worked out, this decision can still help affect hte pickers out there that decide to adhere to the rules, correct?
