Animists will evoke for anyone, Sorcs won't.

If a sorc evokes 100 nann or resik and says if you pick them you can have 50 is going to a popular sorc among thakrian thieves and rangers

Thakria could have its own animists if it respected them better, no other city can easily have their own sorc.

Every city has special abilities, however Thakria has more than anyone. For example the sorc/seer storeroom combo takes some beating.

That's the way it is, and for anyone least of all Thakria to whine about a city having a skill they can't easily get is silly.
