I informed you some days ago that I was unable to buy from Thakria, and did not have even the courtsey of the kind of ill-tempered reply that you have given to Fiorella. Since then, I have asked three Thakrian barons about it, all have said they have tried to sort it out, but have failed. It seems to me that the cause must be either a command open only to a god, or else a bug, in which case divine powers are likely to be needed to diagnose the cause. Yet you seem to think this matter is too trivial for you to bother with, even though you have the time to post messages to Prudence disputing Mercinae's trading policy, hardly a direct concern of yours.
Am I missing something?
