The Rite of Union is complete. Cornelius and Xanthe have married and
bound Magic and Vengeance together for all days to come. Omnipotence
and Life Itself were their wedding ciphers and the festooned flowers
of six hundred and fifty locations were cast on the holy altar to
bless their union.
Rhadamanthys, Tyranis, Malhavok, Wraith, Elmaethor, Sylvanus, Ashvani
and Proteus blessed the union and witnessed the compact.
The martyred fractal souls will find the Flame Imperishable avaible
to them from Monday and you will be able to walk back through the
Flames to claim your boon. Some chose Magic. Some chose Vengeance. All
will be forever changed by this fateful promenade. It is up to each
former fractal whether you take the walk with others watching or on
your own. Those in the location will be affected also.
All those present at the Rite of Union shall find a little memento at
the end of the Avalon year.
And when the last of the fractal souls has walked back through the
Flame Imperishable: there shall be a Death in Avalon, a price to be
paid for the twenty three lifelong boons for the fractal souls. One
death only and not until all the fractals have received their
Magic or Vengeance boon. Perhaps it shall not occur. We shall see if stopping
becomes stopped... the fractal choices will decide.
