Something everybody may wish to note: an update to the way FRIEND/ENEMY
command works. It is documented in HELP FRIENDS. The evolution is to
allow you to FRIEND/ENEMY a whole guild, city, village etc. The command
works as it has always done, but instead of a player you include a
guild or city - with a numeric value to declare how friendly/otherwise
you are (or 0 to cancel a declaration). If you ENEMY a guild, for instance,
all its members will be treated - for the most part - as if you'd
ENEMY'd them personally.
Individual declarations, incidentally, override group settings. So you
could ENEMY a city, thus all its citizens are treated as enemies, but
then FRIEND an individual from that city ... in which case that individual
is treated as a friend, regardless of the city being ENEMY'd.
