For the foreseeable future, your enemy status to Mercinae will remain. From your words (indecipherable though they often are), it is more than evident that you do not consider yourself friendly to Mercinae - if you did you'd be requesting removal of said status not demanding it and threatening death to Mercinaens.
In spite of your absence, the sting of your actions against the city of Mercinae still holds painfully for many of us and this is the reason that you are considered an enemy therein.
With regards to the treaty between Parrius, being as you are no longer a member of the Parrian government, you really have no business deciding what is and is not a treaty breach, and any agreements made between our government officials and yours, are not for you to lecture or decide upon.
In time, should you prove yourself more than one who demands and when fails to receive, threatens, then friend status with Mercinae may, and that is a large MAY, be considered.
I have no more to say on the matter.
Salvador, Prince of Mercinae
