SCEPTRE OF THE NIGHT COMPETITOIN.
#25192

Finbar, Paladin of Springdaleto Everyone

I wish to apologize to the pantheon, and particularly Lord Mephisto for my part in degrading the spirit of competition that makes Avalon such a special place.

My dueling Chasity was beneath me as she does not actively fight. I lowered myself to a level of poor sportsmanship that so often in this game is justified by a win at any cost attitude.

As a result, the land has been deprived of the Sceptre of the Night.

I am beyond ashamed for my part in it. I am more disgusted, to learn of others, including one of the Pantheon, who aided mortals by granting the sands of time to them to deprive their foes of divine protection. As an elder in this land, it is up to

myself, and other Elders, as well as those in the highest positions of authority to ensure that such behavior, poor tactics, cheating, and poor sportsmanship are not a part of the grand competition that is Avalon.

With that, i apologize to you all for my part in this fiasco. I apologize to you Lord Genesis for bringing such poor form to an otherwise fantastic weekend aniversary celebration. I humbly accept the admonishment of Lord Mephisto, and request,

that in my acknowledging my fault, my part in this, I be permitted to demonstrate my resolve to never do so again.
