Given that I received a complaint of a mysterious and possibly nefarious disappearance of Meerkat's supplys, I took the time to investigate the complaint by filling his barrel slightly to see if there were some problem with the mechanism rather than automatically accusing a fellow deity of interfering in mortal affairs as seems to be the case in your post.
Since his barrels seemed to be working perfectly fine, I'm left wondering how Meerkat's supplies came up missing. It is obvious that we have now come full circle in this retort.
