Once a challenge as been successfully executed, both combatants are free
to do whatever they choose, be it to continue the attack, or to mercifully
allow the retreat of the other combatant.
Since you were not offered a 'first ghost' challenge which I generally
offer my foes, I am well within my rights, and within the spirit of the challenge
to continue to kill you after it is over.
