Barcud, the Green Manto Everyone

Well, there's no easy way to say this. I've been a ranger for nearly 170 years. I love the forests and the foresty things, and I've had some very good friends, and hope I still have in the guild. However, I feel it is time to move on. I am sad. I will be sad not to be in the trees with you. But I will still see you around. I remain committed to the good and the alliance of all those who fight evil and I know many of you will be by my side in this.

I haven't really mentioned it to anyone, so forgive the surprise. Especially when some of you, Sajora, have done a lot of work for me this past day to help with my ranger fighting skills. I guess that's the crux of it. After 170 years, even at my best I was never more than a middle ranking ranger fighter. I suspect that is my limit whatever guild I join, but it behoves me (good word eh) to try.

This move is partly motivated by my utter hatred of sorcerors. Hopefully I will be more effective against them at least.

Yours in sorrow, but I hope in friendship still.
