To answer your inane post - as merely 5 men are required to as you put it \"dominate the natives, survey the land
and generally secure it\" do you not think that 5 of the 550 Springdale Troops who were assembling and re-assembling in
long lines were not available to constantly do the tasks you deem required to gain right to flag the location?.
As to it being indeed well known - the helpfile merely states the legion must remain unchallenged. If the generals
conducting this campaign had been aware do you really think the troops would have redeployed to different banners on several occasions?
To my mind the spirit of the occupation was met and the flag of the stag should fly - by all means change the helpfile
and clarify for future reference.
