The way runestaves are calculated towards the maximum

has been adjusted. Runestaves in houses, guilds, or shops

do not count towards the maximum of 12. This method serves

the intended purpose of the change, while not being quite

so harsh on the loremaster profession.

In addition, the RUNESTAVES command will now show you the

locations of all staves you currently have fixed throughout

the land.
