As fun and exciting as I find it to watch someone with nothing much to say
do so loudly and without much more than a bad attitude behind it, let me *try* to clarify my position
I agree, that PR is key in working with each city's young - make them part of the city as a whole. Fold them
into or shut them out of your culture.
Now, nothing in my suggestion actually took any of that away. Many young people are left without the basics for many
days or even weeks (if they aren't seconds) at the hands of some cities, and yes, I'm including your little village, dear.
An active community chest helps out those who fall between the cracks.
