The time of the Ordination is almost upon us. Having spoken to a number of

candidates/contenders, I propose the emerald and amethyst weekend be

scheduled for Saturday 15th to Sunday 16th of this month (the weekend

after the one approaching). The emerald quest will be the final opportunity

for a mortal to gain contendership. It will be run by Aldaron. The

sands and amethyst quest (to eliminate contenders and resolve who will

be the new deity) will take place on Sunday at 6pm UK time (by the Avalon

clock).

I would like to hear from all contenders wishing to take part in the

sands elimination by the end of Friday, to confirm the suitability of

this weekend. All being well, this weekend a News BB posting and newsletter

will go out by e-mail informing everybody of the specific times and

quest format.

All of the recent new abilities will be switched off for the duration of

the weekend. The ordination contest will take place primarily with the

skills consistent with the first gem-quest a year or so ago.
