Although very few from participating guilds were present at the close
of the Tournament I feel it apt to announce the dominance of one guild
above all others in the land. The Paladins, lead strongly by Orinoko,
took charge of the battlefield from the very first day. They commanded
a convincing lead in but a few days and used both strength of numbers
and an intelligent eye for preserving their own lives in battle.
Added to my praise in the manner with which they earned their claim to
the promised prize I also bring your attention to the spirit the
Tournament intended to bring out in guilds and their members. The
Paladins did not disappoint me on this issue either. May the
sense of a united guild which was exhibited in this Tournament carry
them to further success in the future.
The Sceptre's influence will now be felt by all who oppose its
champions. They must now honour its power as its protectors.
