Please, if you tell to me with a request for my services

as an Artisan and I'm in the guild, chances are if you are

invisible, in bear form or disguised, I do not know who you

are and if you are also deaf, you can't hear me request your

name.

Several times in the past days I've not been able to locate the

one making the request and it's not that I'm refusing help, it's

just simply I don't know who you are.
