I wanted to respectfully answer some of the points you made in your
previous posts. I put my guild troops at the disposal of the city, to
be used in the defence of Mercinae. Ragar had stated quite clearly that
guild troops were not covered by the treaty, and he and Dunccan, as field
marshall, had put forward several plans to use them. The attack on the
Parrian legion at Halfway tavern was not one that I was personally aware
of, but I do know it was carried out in the name of Mercinae with the
backing of Ragar. It was not a selfish or unilateral act on behalf of
my guild alone.
