I will admit to using a flame rune in the method you mentioned lord, and agree that it should have been changed.
However, I must inquire... for those guilds which are hampered by a blind opponent, is the field now even?
After all, an opponent can simple examine an item containing a blindness rune to go blind again, with no loss of balance or equilibrium.
However, a Loremaster must splash sight potion or use a sight-enchanted item to give the opponent sight, both of which take normal balance or equilibrium.
Perhaps giving a \"hard\" equilibrium cost to examining an item containing a blind rune would further even the odds?
