It has come to my attention that Pangyron, the star-sorcerer has been making promises to the citizenry of Thakria that should they join his Master who is expected with the coming of the new millenium, in return for their assistance, Pangyron's master
will ensure that Thakria will dominate all of Avalon.
Perhaps Pangyron will actually follow through with his promise should the Thakrians assist him, or, perhaps once he has used the Thakrians as his dupes to assist him and his master, he will simply turn on them. Such is the way of darkness. Excepting Y
airi, Plaman and Loric (who we rarely see), the Thakrians are without strong leadership currently, and it would appear that Pangyron is trying to take advantage of the vacuum.
Of particular note is Pangyron's exhortation for the long night to be brought back to Avalon. For those of you who have never suffered through a long night, I can tell you it is particularly unpleasant. Fortunately, an ounce of prevention is worth a p
ound of cure. I urge all of you who can to kill the black sun frequently, this is of great assistance in preventing the Long Night from entering the Land.
It would not surprise me if certain self-appointed adherents of darkness threaten to kill anyone who goes near the Black Sun, but I ask you how, if at all, that changes those people's behaviour . They are likely to threaten you or try to kill you rega
rdless of what you do, unless it is kissing their behinds.
