I do not suppose to speak for the entirety of Mercinae, so
to simplify the arguements that will no doubt continue after
this post let us assume that i speak only for myself.
Being a Mercinaen of some high standing and having in the past
stolen items from both city enemies and my own personal enemies,
I have wondered whether the term hypocrit should apply to one
such as myself.
Perhaps as a \"GOOD\" little \"HUGGIE\" I should not steal items
from poor innocent thakrians... and it is indeed true that if
the world were an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth then we would
all be blind and toothless. BUT!!!!!
To continually turn the other cheek (as you seem to think we should)
would make us nothing more than doormats... something that will never
As you seem so distressed that our wrong does not make yours right,
perhaps you should attack at the root of the problem.....
The first wrong, generally committed by those in your city,
and not by people such as myself.
