Yousuf, Parrius is not asking Mercinae to do anything other than clear up the confusion,

and indeed, we hesitated to do that, thinking that a right-minded city would surely handle things

one way or the other eventually. It has been years and years and still it persists, so we feel that

now we must ask what your intentions are toward Parrius. When we started rebuilding many years

ago, you had a Minister who disrupted our work so badly that Procyon chose pacifism, even though

it interferes with his work. Mercinae delcared friendship toward Parrius, so we had no doubt that

the city would handle this problem. Instead the problem has grown into a Baron! While you say

you want friendship, you do the exact opposite. Should we be taking heed of your words or your actions?
