The Field Marshall is the person in charge of the military of a city. They are responsible for finding, and enlisting the men that appear around the city over time, as well as for conscripting foreign men. The Field Marshall is also responsible for the Sphere of Influence of a city; one of the most important economic benefits of a strong military is a strong sphere of influence. You should be aware of the entire warfare section of the HELP command if you hold this title, or are aide to it.
