26.2 List of well-known CCCs about the land.
The City Dwellers
In the city of Mercinae, you may find Thandrades, King of Mercinae, Cassiandora, Queen of Mercinae, Tanientil, the Royal Astrologer, Drogar, Head of the King's Blacksmiths, Sevenius, Master of the Academy, Brandybur, Owner of the Slumbering Serpent Tavern and Kiri, waitress at the Seaman's Bar. In the city of Thakria, you will find Periam, Emporer of Thakria, Helenna, Empress of Thakria, Herabia, Princess of Thakria (though recently she wandered out of the city and has not been seen within its walls since), Hecritor, Crown-Prince of Thakria, Pandion, Master of the Institute, and Gragnor, the Merchant. In the city of Parrius, you will no doubt meet Augustine, First Lady of Parrius, Celine, Lady-in-waiting to Augustine, Catarrus, Admiral of the Parrian Fleet and Walrus, Head of the College.
The Wild Folk
Around the wildlands of Avalon, outside the major cities and villages, you will find a whole range of computer controlled characters. To the west of the continent you may come across Valnaurgul, Mage of the Manor, Slukder, Uzog and Varquirz, the three trolls, Angrak, the Torturer of G'Harran, Charridis, the Beast of the Forest, Pangyron, the Star-Sorcerer and head of the Cult, Orestes, the Forest Seer, while to the east you may find Barian, Maker of Boots, Jaskar, leader of the river bandits, Kenkria, the Abbot, Sallas, Weaver of the Chetwood, Garion Trollbeard of the Grove Tavern, Theacrus, the Woodcutter. In the northlands you could meet Miriam, Giantess of the North, Argemis, Brewer of Greeny's Edge, Wykoshia, High Priest of the Sun and Cormellon, leader of the eoses.
The Goblins
In the Goblin Town, carved into the tunnels beneath the mountains to the west of the continent, you will meet a number of computer controlled characters. The major citizens of the goblin town are; The Great Orc, Leader of the Goblins, The Orc Shaman, Cleric and Religious Leader, Shargal, Captain of the Orc Armies, Yazghar, Orc Hero and Guardian of the Treasure Room, Gurzash, Head of the Goblin Smiths, Luzog, Counsellor to the Great Orc, Sarval, Counsellor to the Orc Shaman.
The Villagers
Though the continent boasts many villages, certain individuals should be sought out for they hold great quests and information. Iorwenn, Kinswoman of Eleusis, Domaphcles, Boatsman of Eleusis dwell in the river-town while on the northern prairies can be found Phaestus, Elder of Snowfoot, Sarec, Schoolmaster of Greeny's Edge and Orthalgin, Thane of Greeny's Edge. The town of Springdale is home to Tresillias, the Magesmith, while the village of Astrea's Delta to the far northeast is the property of Ethanius, the Thane. There is a famous Minstrel in the village of Eastpoint, a few leagues north of Parrius, and an equally famed Sage in the Land's Edge Tavern of Astrea's Delta.
The Dwarven Folk
The citadel of Thaumacie is home to three major computer controlled characters; Verlakmar, Captain of Thaumacie and vanquisher of the Black Sun, Balur, Guardian of the Thaumacie Gate and Thordak, Cleric of Thaumacie.
