THE CITY OF PARRIUS.
#26725

Genesis, the god of timeto Everyone

This is a momentuous moment in Parrian history though out of respect for the city patron and the departing government and Captains, this quiet period has been chosen for a singular divine intervention.

Parrius, it has been decided, requires a\"moment in time\" to revitalise the city and bring back founding precepts as per HELP FOUNDING. The latter is a hope not a dictate and now the changes are made, the future of the great city of the East is up to Damocles, the city's patron, its noble council of captains, its minister and- most of all- its fraternity of citizens.

The Parrian council of captains(i.e. its barony) is now: Blueskull, Xion, Koenen, Caine and Dankus. There shall be no First Mariner/Princess.

The choice of most powerful citizen and leader of Parrius shall lie with oaths made by the council. All are initially placed in a neutral, oath-nobody state.

The ministers are now: Cadmus as Chancellor, Xion as Minister of State, Koenen as Quest Master, Blueskull as Minister for Justice(and authority on fighting, citizen safety and citizen combat training), and Dankus as the undisputed Field Marshall of the Parrian armies.

The Trade Minister, the Ambassador(foreign affairs) and the Minister for Public Relations shall be selected by Damocles in the next 24 hours.

Good luck to all of Parrius and let me remind everyone of HELP ROLE and HELP FOUNDING as two of the most important precepts not just in the way Parrians should heed but all Avalonians(young and old).
